The Bidrix workspace

One operating system for your Freelancer workflow.

Replace scattered tabs, repeated proposal writing, and unclear automation with one workspace built around the complete path from project discovery to controlled bidding.

A live opportunity feed that stays relevant

Bring active Freelancer projects into one focused view, then narrow the feed by skills, language, budget, project type, country, and client quality.

Reusable proposals without repetitive writing

Create editable templates, rotate short variations, and personalize proposals using real project and profile data.

Bid rules you can understand before enabling

Choose minimum, maximum, midpoint, live average bid, or custom price rules—with clear fallbacks and delivery periods.

Schedules, delays, and hard limits

Control bidding windows, project-age delay, successful-bid gaps, daily totals, overall totals, and weekly runtime.

Everything included

Every important bidding control, clearly separated.

Bidrix combines real Freelancer project data with account-specific filters, proposals, schedules, prices, and limits. Nothing in this checklist is a fake dashboard-only feature.

From connection to control

Set it up once. Keep every decision visible.

Bidrix guides the owner through a clear sequence, so automation starts only after the account, filters, proposal, amount, and limits are ready.

01

Create your Bidrix workspace

02

Connect your Freelancer account

Follow the private setup guide inside your workspace to connect each account securely.

Predictable automation

The amount is calculated by your rules—not a black box.

Choose how Bidrix derives each automatic bid amount from real Freelancer project data. Keep the exact source, adjustment, fallback, and delivery rules under your control.

1Project minimumUse the lowest amount from the project budget.
2Project maximumUse the highest amount from the project budget.
3Budget midpointCalculate the middle of the budget range.
4Current average bidFollow Freelancer’s current market average with a safe fallback.
5Custom price rulesMatch budget ranges to fixed or percentage amounts.

Hello there,

I understand the required outcome and the key skills involved. I would confirm the important details first, then complete and test the work against the agreed scope.

If this matches what you need, I am ready to discuss the next step.

Thanks,

Proposals that stay human

Build a reusable voice without sending the same sentence every time.

Create multiple short templates, map them to skills, edit every proposal, or rotate compact opening, middle, and closing variations automatically.

Template rotation

Cycle through saved variations after successful use.

Project variables

Use client, skills, budget, description, and profile data.

Optional AI drafts

Generate project-specific text only when OpenAI is configured.

Manual review

Inspect and edit the final description before a manual bid.

Multi-account operations

One Bidrix login. Separate control for every Freelancer account.

Connect up to five Freelancer accounts on Pro, choose a primary account for marketplace tools, and keep proposals, filters, schedules, bid history, and Autopilot state isolated per account.

Multiple secure connections

Every connected account can be tested, selected, and disconnected independently.

Independent rules

Switch accounts in Settings and Autopilot without copying one account’s decisions into another.

Skill-matched proposal sets

Save multiple proposals for different skills and let Bidrix choose from the active matching set.

Primary account switch

Choose which account marketplace and work-management tools use when a screen has no account selector.

AI proposal examples

Project-specific drafts that remain editable and truthful.

OpenAI is optional. When configured, Bidrix sends the real project description, skills, budget, tone, and your instructions—then returns an editable draft before a manual bid or controlled Autopilot submission.

Hello there, I understand you need a reliable dashboard with a clean API integration and careful handling of the existing workflow. I would first confirm the data flow and acceptance criteria, then implement the interface in testable stages and validate the final behavior against the agreed scope. Could you share the current API documentation and preferred deployment environment? Thanks, Your profile name

Sample draftConcise · data automation

Hello there, I understand the goal is to turn the current manual data process into a repeatable, validated workflow. I would map the source fields, build the transformation and error checks, then provide a clear output and handover notes. Please share one sample input and the expected output format so I can confirm the edge cases. Thanks, Your profile name

Workspace-first safety

Automation should have brakes, boundaries, and a clear activity trail.

Sensitive connection data stays protected, while visible per-account settings decide what is eligible and when bidding is allowed.

Protected Freelancer account connections
Project-language checks before calling the bid API
Duplicate-bid protection and successful-bid spacing
Daily, total, schedule, and runtime limits
Pause control and visible Autopilot activity
Optional AI—templates work without an AI key
Connections protectedIndependent encrypted Freelancer accounts
Account connectionSensitive connection data is protected and never displayed publicly
Autopilot statePause and resume remain under owner control
Schedule enforcementDate, time-window, delay, and runtime checks
Bid executionFilters and duplicate checks run before submission

Clear answers

Know what happens before you switch it on.

The important connection, proposal, amount, and automation behavior—without hidden assumptions.

Can proposals work without AI?

Yes. Reusable proposal templates and rotating short variations work without AI. OpenAI is optional and is used only when you explicitly configure and enable AI-generated proposals.

How does Bidrix choose an automatic bid amount?

You select the strategy: project minimum, maximum, midpoint, current average bid, or custom budget-range rules. An optional percentage adjustment can be applied after the base amount is calculated.

Does enabling Autopilot mean it bids on every project?

No. A project must pass your saved skill, language, budget, client, schedule, delay, and limit rules. Bidrix also needs an active proposal or correctly configured AI proposal generation.

Can I connect more than one Freelancer account?

Yes. Pro supports up to five connected Freelancer accounts. Each account has separate proposals, project filters, bid rules, schedules, limits, and Autopilot activity.

Does the free trial charge me later?

No. The three-day Free Trial needs no card and creates no automatic charge. Autopilot pauses when the trial ends unless you intentionally subscribe with PayPal.
